How to Shop Online:

A step by step guide to using the online shop:

1.) Browse the online shop

2.) Add products to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the desired product and then click "Add to Cart".

3.) Click ' SHOPPING CART' in the blue block on the right hand side of the screen to confirm the items in your shopping cart. (You can change the number of products and delete items if you wish. The additional items you add do not show as separate line items but they are included in the total amount. You can check your approximate delivery charges by clicking on 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING')

4.) Click 'CHECKOUT' to start processing the order (almost like you would do at any grocery store).

5.) If you are a New Customer, click 'Sign Up' create a new profile or alternatively, just log-in.

6.) STEP 1 of 3: The system automatically chooses your billing address as the shipping address. To change this, click 'CHANGE ADDRESS' and fill in the recipient's address details. Fill in any delivery instructions and the message on tag. Click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'.

7.) STEP 2 of 3: Tick that you have read the 'Terms & Conditions' and check your order details or make amendments (you add your discount coupon code here) and select your payment method: Credit Card, EFT or Paypal and click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'. (See below for more info on payment methods)

8.) STEP 3 of 3: Check your order details and click 'CONFIRM'.

9.) Make payment using a payment method (Credit Card, EFT/ Cash Deposit or Paypal).

Payment Options

We offer a number of payment options to help make your purchase with us as efficient as possible.

1.) Credit Card Purchases

Credit Card Transactions are completely safe and acquired by Paypal

2.) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ Cash Deposit

Transfer the purchase amount directly to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Inter-bank transfers take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from other banks take up to 48 hours to clear.

All orders will only be shipped once the amount is reflected in our account.

3.) Paypal

Paypal offers various payment methods like credit card, discover card and bank transfers. Just register as a user on and then when you check-out on our store, choose Paypal as a payment method and confirm your order. We will then send a request for order payment in US Dollars to your e-mail address and your order will be confirmed once we have received the e-mail from Paypal confirming the payment. If you use a different email address for your Paypal account or are in a different time zone and wish to pay right away, please use the conversion rate on from ZAR order total to USD and send us the Paypal payment to: from your Paypal account. Please contact us should you have any questions. Receiving Paypal payments is still new in South Africa.
