Thank-you for your order but unfortunately your payment did not go through.

There are stricter controls in place for Credit Card transactions due to high online fraud in South Africa. This is mostly in place to protect you, the cardholder. It could also be for a number of other reasons like the your bank is offline, our bank is offline, your IP address and credit card issuing country do not correspond, your bank needs to know if you want to use the card online etc.

Our best solution is to try another credit card (use the 'back' button a few times, that way you won't lose your order information) and click confirm order and add the new credit card details. You could also use one of our other payment methods: EFT (South African bank accounts only) or Paypal, use the back buttons as well to get to the page where you choose payment method.
